Which accessories fit the Puffco Proxy?
Replacement chambers, glass tops, caps and accessories built for the Puffco Proxy all fit this device. Each product page lists the exact models it fits, so you can double-check before ordering.
What colors does it come in?
Right now it's available in Onyx and Pine. Available colorways are shown as swatches above, what you pick is what ships.
Why is this discounted?
It's the same genuine Puffco product we always stock, the lower price reflects a distributor promotion we're passing on to you. Nothing about the item itself is different.
Does it come with everything I need?
You get the full manufacturer retail kit, device, chamber, and every listed accessory, exactly as described above. Nothing is swapped out or missing.
Is the battery charged when it arrives?
It ships with a partial factory charge. Top it up fully before your first session, it's better for the battery long-term.
How fast is shipping?
Orders typically leave our facility within 1–3 business days with tracking included, in plain unbranded packaging. Shipping is weight-based and shown at checkout before you pay anything.
What if I want to send it back?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, full details are on our Returns page. For hygiene reasons, used chambers and glass can't be returned unless there's a defect.
