How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is weight-based — the exact rate is calculated from the total weight of your order (including packaging) and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Add items to your cart to see the live number.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Domestic transit typically takes 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check status any time on the order status page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide in discreet packaging. International rates are quoted at checkout inside PayPal. Any customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (which also takes all major cards), and Bitcoin via on-chain transfer. Everything is processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days — see the Returns Policy for the details and exceptions (used chambers and glass can't be returned unless defective). Start a return by emailing contact@trichly.io.
Do you have promo codes?
Yes — working codes appear in our newsletter and socials. Enter any code in the promo box in your cart; it's validated and applied before you pay. Rewards members can also redeem points for a personal coupon code.
How do Trichly Rewards work?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Every 100 points = $10 off. Claim points with your email + order number on the Rewards page, then redeem for a coupon code you enter at checkout.
Which chambers or glass fit my device?
Chambers and tops are not cross-compatible between brands or models. Is your gear authentic?
Yes. Everything is sourced through authorized distributor channels and ships as unopened retail stock — full manufacturer kits with nothing removed or substituted.
Do I need to be a certain age to order?
Yes. Products sold on this site are intended for use with legal materials by adults of legal purchasing age (21+ in most US states). By using the site you confirm you meet your local requirements.
How should I clean my device?
