It's hand-blown borosilicate, heat-resistant and fine for daily sessions, but it's still glass, so treat it like it. Each piece is crafted individually, so small variations in color and shape are normal and part of the character.

Orders typically leave our facility within 1–3 business days with tracking included, in plain unbranded packaging. Shipping is weight-based and shown at checkout before you pay anything.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, full details are on our Returns page. For hygiene reasons, used chambers and glass can't be returned unless there's a defect.
