📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.


🌍 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • We currently ship to the US only.

  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout (if supported in your area).


⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

⏱️ Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are possible.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Trichly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can help.
