Puffco, Proxy, Pivot: what chamber fits what
Puffco makes several e-rig and dab-pen platforms, and chambers are not interchangeable between them. The fastest way to ruin a session is forcing the wrong chamber or cap onto a base. This reference maps every current Puffco platform to the chambers, carb caps and joystick caps that actually fit, so you can shop by model instead of guessing.

Puffco Peak Pro: 3D vs 3DXL
The Peak Pro accepts the standard 3D Chamber and the larger 3DXL Chamber. The 3DXL roughly doubles the bowl volume while trimming heat-up and boosting vapor density, which is why owners of the original Peak Pro usually upgrade. Caps are a separate purchase, and the two are not the same part: the standard Peak Pro Joystick Cap matches the 3D Chamber, while the deeper 3DXL bowl needs the taller 3DXL Joystick Cap with its extended stem. Match the cap to the chamber you run — a short stem over the XL bowl puts the airflow in the wrong spot and you lose half of what the upgrade bought you.
Puffco Proxy: two generations, two chambers
The original Proxy uses the Proxy 3D Chamber. The New Proxy takes a different connector, so it needs the New Proxy 3D Chamber — the two are not cross-compatible. Caps are friendlier: the Peak/Proxy Joystick Cap is shared by the Peak and both Proxies.
Puffco Pivot: a chamber worth spares
The Pivot is a pocket pen with a dedicated 3D chamber, and daily carry wears chambers faster than most people expect. A two-pack of Pivot 3D Chambers means you're never mid-session with a worn bowl. The VOOZR Pivot 3DXL Chamber is the popular aftermarket drop-in when you want bigger hits from the same base.
Common mix-ups (and what actually happens)
- 3DXL chamber in a New Peak — it won't seat. The 3DXL is built for Peak Pro bases only. If you carry the 2021 Peak, the New Peak 3D Chamber is the one that fits.
- Standard Peak Pro cap on a 3DXL chamber — the stem is too short for the deeper bowl, so airflow stops hitting the load and draws go weak and uneven. And the reverse is just as bad: the XL cap's long stem bottoms out in a standard 3D chamber and won't seal. They're separate products — buy the one that matches your chamber.
- Proxy chamber in a New Proxy (or the other way) — the connectors are different generations, so the chamber won't lock onto the base. Check which Proxy you have before ordering; both look nearly identical from the outside.
- Assuming any Puffco chamber fits any Puffco — chambers are keyed to each platform. The Peak Atomizer fits the 2018 Peak and Peak Pro, the Plus runs its own chamber line, and the Pivot's chamber is its own size again.
